Icarian Journal

Welcome to the Icarian Journal! I am a full time acrobat and coach of 12 years. I’ve trained Icarian games under professional coaches and have also made my own explorations for the past 8 years. I’ve always dreamed of having a practice and an act in a Cradle/Icarian Chair/Trinka. My training partner Courtney and I are preparing for a performance contract late 2020, early 2021, and we’re training towards a really exciting skill set. In this weekly blog I will share my learnings, successes, challenges, and thoughts as we adapt L-Basing skills to the cradle, add to our repertoire, and build our act. Follow along as I take the journey from L-Base Icarian to a pro cradle setup. Feel free to share, comment, and join in the fun as we progress and adapt L-Basing skills to the cradle!
